Only to read and reply to your inquiry, to discuss a potential engagement you asked about, and to keep the form secure. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

Lovable hosts this website and delivers form notifications by email to our team. Cloudflare provides bot protection (Turnstile), DNS and email routing to our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are not stored in a website database; they arrive as an email to our team. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form input is validated on our servers, protected by Turnstile verification, and credentials are held only in server-side configuration.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email info@brainward.ai and we will respond promptly.
